Win! Win! Win! It’s more than an attitude in the Elrod Racing camp. It’s a way of thinking and doing, whether on the racetrack or in life. The team wins because of knowledge, commitment and support of the entire family. The team has grown from Dave and wife Barbara and their children Shelley, Jamie, Jacob and Anthony and Jacob’s wife, Brook, as well as granddaughters,Ciara and Brittanie. Joining the team in 2005 Patrick Forster, his wife Deeann and their four children Kaylee, Will, Joey,and P.J.
Over the years the family has created a team blueprint where each knows their responsibility. Every one can change engines, rear ends and converters when needed to be ready for competition. This is the sport that has kept the family together, working and planning to win each event.
The combination of determination, knowledge, drive and commitment continues to hold this team and family together, on and off the racetrack. |
